Comparative map based on common cDNA clones
Table. Homoeologous relationships of rice, wheat and maize
chromosomes deduced from comparative genetic maps. Inferences of
chromosomal homoeology based on conserved linkage of several syntenic
markers except where indicated by parenthesis which was based on
mapping of a single orthologous locus in the different genomes. [ ]
indicate pairs of putative homoeologous linkage groups within the
maize genome.
