Genetic map of barley Vogelsanger Gold x Alf

Linkage analysis was carried out on 72 chromosome-doubled haploid
spring type lines produced by the bulbosum technique from the F1 generation
of a cross between single plants of the spring barley Alf and the winter
barley Vogelsanger Gold. The entire population consisted of 90 lines
including 18 winter types.
Recombination frequencies between all pairs of markers were calculated
and linkage maps were constructed as described in Jensen (1987).
Chromosome numbering is in the barley system: 1 = 7H, 5 = 1H, 7 = 5H.
