Genome 35: 765-771. The population consisted of 44 F2 derived F3 families from a cross between two A-genome diploid species, A. atlantica Baum et Fedak and A. hirtula Lag. (O'Donoughue et al. 1992). The linkage maps were developed by placing markers at a LOD threshold of 2.0 using Mapmaker v3.0. Map positions in cM (Kosambi). Markers indicated without a value for "Map Position" were mapped only to the indicated interval.
