VII. 1. Multiple recessive marker stocks for various chromosome arms.
The Barley Genetic Stock Center in the Department of Agronomy, Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado 80523, U.S.A. has been working on the project in establishing multiple genetic marker stocks for each chromosome arm for severalyears now (Tsuchiya, 1979: ).
The following multiple recessive marker stocks have been isolated and maintained as homozygotes:
The stocks are not final products, but half way to the final ones. Therefore, the seeds of these stocks will not be available until Summer 1980. However, a limited number of seeds will be provided for special purposes upon request.
