In this volume of Barley Genetics Newsletter as in Volume 6, the use
of the symbol "R" to provide advance permission to cite the article is
used. This system was proposed by the Editorial Committee meeting in Bozeman,
Montana, U.S.A., in September 1975. Therefore, for future volumes, if you
are willing to give advance permission to cite your article, include the
symbol "R" at the end of the title.
If you have suggestions for how we can improve the Newsletter, please let us hear from you.
