NOTE ON FINANCIAL SUPPORT
In the previous issue (Barley Genetics Newsletter, Volume 15) we mentioned that "All printing costs of this issue were paid by the courtesy of American Malting Barley Association, Inc. However, actually a part of printing cost was paid by AMBA and the main portion was paid by the payment from subscribers.
Because of that situation, most of the budget anticipated for BGN, Volume 16 was used for the pubication of BGN, Volume 15.
The payment for publicaton and distribution of this issue (BGN, Volume 16) were made from the Grant of USDA-CSU Cooperative Research for Barley Genetic Stock Center of the World, Fort Collins, Colorado and partly by the payment of subscribers.

This Newsletter consists of informal reports which are presented to further the exchange of ideas and information between research workers. Consequently responsibility for statements rests with the authors. Before quoting any statements, the author involved should be contacted.
