II.11 Linkage studies of shrunken endosperm mutants.

Six non-allelic shrunken endosperm mutants (se1 thru se6) were used in crosses with translocations to identify the chromosome location of shrunken endosperm mutants. se1, se2, se4, and se5 were determined to be associated with breakpoints of chromosome 1, se3 with breakpoints of chromosome 3 and se6 with breakpoints of chromosome 6.

Population size and recombination values are given in Table 1.
