Table 3. A summary of results of the last decade on the comparison of the performance of the T1BL·1RS translocation and nontranslocation lines. Both isogenic (NIL) and nonisogenic lines were used in the studies. The translocation lines are rated as superior (+) or inferior (--) in comparison to the nontranslocation lines, the difference being significant at the p > 5 (*), > 1 (**), or > 0.1 (***) % level or the difference was not significant (ns). In some publications, e.g., Schlegel and Meinel (1994), the data from two experiments are presented.
