Report on IGROW discussions, May 2004

IGROW is the focus of an international research effort on wheat genomics, much of which will involve genome sequencing.

In November 2003 a workshop of IGROW scientists and representatives from the rice, maize, and Arabidopsis communities was held in Arlington VA, sponsored by NSF and USDA. A report of that meeting will appear soon in the journal Genetics.
