Is there a simple way to find the map location of a gene knowing the
GenBank accession number for the cDNA or gene sequence?...

Database
GenBank Accession number

Map locations of:
the sequence itself
homologs of the sequence
on maps ("*" for all)

Some samples to try
Sequence itself Homologs
GrainGenes L43923 AB005878
RiceGenes AA231926 AA231742
