Method 1: Direct scanning of the X-ray film on the HP-Scanjet.

Method 2: Photos were taken of the darker images and then scanned in.

Briefly, what this gave us were fairly reliable replicas of the original image, however, I must apologize in advance for the scoring of bands not in evidence here. As with any autorad, there are bands that appear faint, but, still are present. These "fainter bands" did not necessarily show up here in these scanned images. The gels were loaded in the same order each time, so, in the VPI half the order is: (1) BSR 41, (2) Cali-sib, (3) Bowman, (4) Steptoe, (5) Galena, (6) Shyri, (7) Colter, (8) CI10587, (9) Harrington, (10) Kold, (11) Strider and (12) 88Ab536.

In the OSU half the order is: (1) Morex, (2) OWB Dom., (3) CMB643, (4) 78Ab10274, (5) OWB rec., (6) Baronesse, (7) Cali-sib, (8) Gobernadora, (9) Bex 3, (10) Bex 2, (11) Bex1, (12) Orca, (13) B1202, (14) Colter, and (15) Kold.
