(Curator note, VCB 2022) QTL from this reference were previously curated as part of the mapdata record 'Barley, SFNB QTL 2017'. These QTL are available on CMap, GrainGenes' comparative mapping tool for genetic maps. As part of an effort to align Net Blotch GWAS-QTL results on a JBrowser genome browser for barley Morex v3, the QTL were re-curated and parsed into 2-row, 6-row, and 'Combined'. Original curation used the Pilot OPA names (POPA). The 2022 curation used the short forms of the Barley OPA (BOPA) names that have been most commonly published from these resources.
