Specificity
Specific for High molecular weight (HMW) glutenin Glu-D1 subunit combination Dx5 and Dy10 resulting from the Glu-D1d allele. PCR primers produced two fragments of 343 bp and 320 bp when the Glu-D1d allele was present, and a single 361 bp fragment when the allele was absent.
