Bases 177 to 209 show homology to 17e12 bases 171 to 203 (33 in longest run, maxScore = 52). (GT)13 57 to 82, (GT)18 195 to 230, (GT)9 233 to 250. Reverse primer has multiple sites of homology with 17e12, though each with several mismatches, forward primer is unique.
