General Remarks	Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 26d3 Donor: Madre, Secobra Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 180 bases located on 5B, 7B Trimmed to Ssp1 at 5' end and to insert at 3' end. Bases 66 to 121 (complement) show homology to 3e3 bases 837 to 892 (56 in longest run, maxScore = 47). Primers have apparently no homology to 3e3. Bases 8 to 228 show homology to 26e3 bases 7 to 227 (221 in longest run, maxScore = 133). (CA)26 157 to 208, (CT)10 125 to 144.
