General Remarks	Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 25e9 Donor: Serasem Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 150 bases located on 3D, 337 bases located on 7B, 7D, 450 bases located on 4D Trimmed to insert at 5' end and to Ssp1 at 3' end. Bases 5 to 29 (complement) show homology to 13A1 bases 164 to 188 (25 in longest run, maxScore = 31). (CA)8 260 to 275, (CA)8 278 to 293, (CA)9 296 to 313. Primers share a motif, small inverted repeats near the microsatellite.
