General Remarks	Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 25e4.1 Donor: Jizeng, Beijing Multiple inserts in this clone, this is the first insert. Trimmed to insert at both ends. Bases 101 to 128 show homology to 21h4 bases 153 to 180 (28 in longest run, maxScore = 110). Bases 173 to 222 show homology to 25a6 bases 207 to 256 (50 in longest run, maxScore = 88). Bases 194 to 228 show homology to 25b10 bases 165 to 199 (complement) (35 in longest run, maxScore = 111). (GT)6 23 to 34, (GT)11 43 to 64, (GT)5 71 to 80, (GT)6 87 to 98, (GT)6 101 to 112. Duplicate with 25a6, 25e4.1 has priority. These primers may cause problems due to the number of other copies of the sequeence 5' to the microsatellite i the genome. Bases 245 to 282 show homology to 22a5 bases 137 to 174 (complement) (38 in longest run, maxScore = 114).
