Bases 207 to 232 (complement) show homology to 6d8 bases 196 to 221 (26 in longest run, maxScore = 69), zone is 198-322. Primers are not within area of homology. 12b7 is a duplicate, 12c6 has precedence. (GT)21 106 to 147.
