General Remarks	Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 13c2 Donor: Jager-Gussen, Saaten Union Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 321 bases located on 1B No sequence 14.7.97. Resequenced. Trimmed to insert at both ends(CA)8 215 to 230, (CA)13 257 to 282, (CA)11 311 to 332, (CT)9 239 to 256. Bases 22-183 (complement) (ie. 5' side of microsatellite) match part of 5f10. Forward primer is within this conserved region. NB apparently internal Rsa1 site at 337-340.
