General Remarks	Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 3g11 Donor: Keller, Zurich No trimming done to sequence. Bases 60-159 (ie. 3' side of microsatellite) match part of 8c7.(CT)18 49 to 84. Software struggled to get these primers. Beware - reverse primer is in the duplicated element also in 8C7 - so may get smear. Bases 86 to 145 show homology to 10c8 bases 438 to 497 (complement) (60 in longest run, maxScore = 47), 3g11 has precedence. Bases 114 to 158 show homology to 25h2 bases 1 to 45 (complement) (45 in longest run, maxScore = 45).
