General Remarks	Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 3a8 Donor: Keller, Zurich Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 155 bases located on 1B No trimming done to sequence. Multiple inserts joined 274-292 by linkers. Bases 405-555 (complement) ie. 5' of microsatellite in second insert match part of 6d12. (GA)29 512 to 569, (GT)15 59 to 88, (GT)10 255 to 274. First insert contains ministallite like repeat motifs - too difficult to design primers. Primers here are for second insert. Forward primer lies within homology to 6d12.
