Bases 270-512 (ie. 5' side of microsatellite) match part of 4H6 (complement) .(GT)19 232 to 269, (CT)20 192 to 231. Reverse primer is in region with 2 insertions, 1 base change relative to 7F8, does match 4H6. Bases 356 to 427 show homology to 2h5 bases 88 to 159 (complement) (72 in longest run, maxScore = 174). Bases 19 to 125 show homology to 20d8 bases 124 to 230 (complement) (107 in longest run, maxScore = 129), duplicate with 20d8, 5d6 has priority. True duplicate with 2h5, 5d6 has priority.
