Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 5d5.1 Donor: Sharp, Camden Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 226 bases located on 4A, 288 bases located on 2A Trimmed to Rsa1 at both ends. Multiple inserts in this clone (3) joined at 467-484 and 760-777 by linkers. Sequence given here is first insert only (thers have separate records). Bases 148-249 match part of 4E2 (complement) - near (NA)n stretch. (CA)15 38 to 67. Primers shown are for first insert, avoids small homology to 4E2. Bases 46 to 67 show homology to 23A1 bases 88 to 109 (complement) (22 in longest run, maxScore = 21). Bases 37 to 67 show homology to 21f4 bases 176 to 206 (31 in longest run, maxScore = 50), duplicate, 5d5.1 has priority.
