(GT)11 458 to 479. Microsatellite is in region unrelated to 1g1 family. Bases 286 to 322 show homology to 25c2 bases 150 to 186 (complement) (37 in longest run, maxScore = 96). Bases 175 to 201 show homology to 15f4 bases 141 to 167 (27 in longest run, maxScore = 108).
