Forward primer is within this region though has 2 mismatches to 11H2. (CT)11 604 to 625, (GT)4G(CA)2(GT)6(CT)(GT)4(AT)((GT)2 at 322-362. Bases 425 to 442 show homology to 17d10 bases 95 to 112 (complement) (18 in longest run, maxScore = 57).
