Bases 1-99 (ie. 5' side of microsatellite) match 9e1. Bases 72-166 match 4D10 (CA)8 73 to 88. Duplicate 14b6. Bases 135 to 155 show homology to 14b6 bases 135 to 155 (21 in longest run, maxScore = 67). Bases 63 to 89 show homology to 26f2 bases 113 to 139 (complement) (27 in longest run, maxScore = 76). Near duplicate with 26f2, 4b10 has priority.
