Mutlple inserts in (2) this clone, joined at 494-511 by linkers. (CT)16 752 to 783. Bases 730-784 (ie 5' side of microsatellite in second insert) match 2-56 of 9c4. Bases 493 to 510 show homology to 10e10 bases 471 to 488 (18 in longest run, maxScore = 20). Bases 751 to 772 show homology to 26c1 bases 84 to 105 (complement) (22 in longest run, maxScore = 61).
