Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 9f3.1 Donor: Bernard, Clermont-Ferrand Trimmed to Rsa1 at both ends. Multiple inserts (2) joined at 382-399 by linkers. (CA)13 705 to 730, (GA)8 121 to 136. Primers shown are for first insert. Bases 234-377 (ie 3' side of microsatellite - small) match part of 1B5. Apart from a few indels the first insert is a duplicate of 13H6 (complement). Bases 222 to 276 show homology to 19h2 bases 150 to 204 (55 in longest run, maxScore = 60). Bases 222 to 321 show homology to 12h12 bases 80 to 179 (complement) (100 in longest run, maxScore = 104). Bases 1 to 381 show homology to 2f1.1 bases 1 to 381 (381 in longest run, maxScore = 276). Bases 401 to 809 show homology to 2f1.2 bases 2 to 410 (409 in longest run, maxScore = 271). Bases 252 to 305 show homology to 25b6 bases 1 to 54 (complement) (54 in longest run, maxScore = 66). True duplicate with 2f1.1 anf 2f1.2, 9f3.1 has priority.
