(GT)15 177 to 206. Bases 212 to 252 show homology to 19a1 bases 68 to 108 (complement) (41 in longest run, maxScore = 37). Bases 47 to 119 show homology to 12A7 bases 39 to 111 (73 in longest run, maxScore = 97). Bases 63 to 119 show homology to 10b7 bases 279 to 335 (complement) (57 in longest run, maxScore = 83).
