Matches 9d1 with a few differences (6c6 carries and extra 5 CA repeats), after base 80 strong match with 1D11 (start of first microsatellite). 5' side of microsatellite matches 7b7 with some mismatches. Bases 50 to 100 show homology to 23b5 bases 144 to 194 (complement) (51 in longest run, maxScore = 133), duplicate, 6c6 has priority.
