General Remarks	Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 2d9 Donor: Wang, Utah Three microsatellites in this insert. Duplicate of 2H9 (both inserts), first insert has some hmology to 11e3, but is not a duplicate. Weak homology to 13e4, bases 98-194 match paart of 13e4. (CA)14 2 to 29, (CA)9 189 to 206, (CAA)20 368 to 427. Multiple inserts (2) joined 310-331 by linkers. The primers surround the CAA repeat only in second insert.. Main band is not right size. Bases 16 to 124 show homology to 17e12 bases 95 to 203 (complement) (109 in longest run, maxScore = 83).
