Originally AATAAcATAAAcAgATggTgcc (29, tm 57) and TgcTAggTgTTTTAgTcTggTA(293, 56) selected as primers - DO NOT USE OLD PRIMERS (either side of linker). New primers redesigned 19.6.97 for the second insert (NB base 10 of reverse primer is shown as G, this is from a 'most likely' C in the forward sequence). Bases 18 to 56 show homology to 21b5 bases 1 to 39 (39 in longest run, maxScore = 31).
