General Remarks
ORF 351 bp interrupted by 133 bp intron. Original cDNA sequence published in Planta is identical to the ORF sequence determined from the genomic clone.
Appears to be a single copy gene. However, several weakly hybridizing bands indicate that there are other related sequences in the barley genome.
