Remarks
(Curator Note. VCB 12/2020) On the OT6 map in figure 4 in the paper, the RFLP labeled as CDO640A, colocalizing with ISU54B should be CDO460A, as seen on Oat-OxT-6. This was discovered since there is no locus or probe record for 'cdo460' in GrainGenes in 2020. Synonyms were added to RFLP markers that were in GrainGenes in the previous 'X' format. 'X' indicates unknown function for early molecular markers, but was dropped as noted in the Introduction of the Catalog of Gene Symbols for Wheat. By adding synonyms to the markers, the functionality of cMap is improved.
