The marker preceded by a Q is a quantitative trait locus (QTL). Underlined markers were mapped in different populations. Markers in parentheses are assigned to intervals at a LOD <3.0. Dotted lines indicate homoeologous loci. The boldfaced C and the darkened region of the chromosomes mark the positions of the centromeres.
