Alana were commercial winter wheats grown in the Czech Republic, while ZG K 242-82 originates from Croatia (Dobrovolskaya et al. 2009). Curator note: In the 2009 supplement of the Wheat Gene Catalog, the Ruc167-1-02 germplasm is listed as RUC163167-1-02, which we believe to be an error. In Dobrovolskaya et al. 2009 (TAG-119-867), it is only referred to as Ruc167-1-02.
