Comment	A set of loci with homology to beta-Amy-1 genes was identified in 2AS, 2BS and 2DS and designated the X_beta-Amy-2 [beta-Amy-2 (953)] set. Evidence for these genes derives from cross-hybridization with a beta-Amy- H1 cDNA probe (953). Further members of the same set were identified in 2H (525), 2R and 2U (953).
