Ba was introgressed into wheat from Elytrigia pontica (2n = 70) and is present in UC66049B on T4BS-4el'2' (Jan et al. 1981). Note that Qualset et al. (1983), and subsequent references, including Keppenne and Baenziger (1990) refer to UC66049.
