Phenotype
In DH lines derived from an Igri x Triumph cross, increased flowering time (days to heading) in unvernalized plants, but not in plants that had undergone a vernalization treatment (5 degrees C, 8h light for 6 wk). Model fitting revealed a 0.9d delay in autumn-sown plants and a 1.0d delay in spring-sown plants (1).
Property
Dominant
Interactions
Presence of Sh2 allele (and possibly Ppd-H2 Triumph-type allele) mask effect of this Sh allele. Allele also interacted with eps4L, eps6L.1, eps6L.2, and eps7L 'earliness per se' QTL (1).
