Promoter Capture including 4,275,552 sequenced EMS mutations in Kronos promoters that are uniquely mapped to a single location in the genome. These mutation have been called with a stringent error rate between 0.21% and 0.68% (>99% accuracy). 204,695 additional mutations in Kronos detected in reads that map to more than one location. These mutations were called "MultiMap" mutations and different potential locations were provided. These mutations have a higher error rate (0.5 to 1.5%). Krasileva et al. 2017 PNAS
