We've added a feature to our BLAST tool to link into NCBI's web-based BLAST tool to make available features such as Distance Tree views.

The NCBI BLAST button is directly below the normal BLAST submit button.	It is also available on the BLAST results page.

Here's an example:

1) Select the Barley example and click NCBI BLAST

2) The query sequence is brought into NCBI's web BLAST page. Click the "BLAST" button to submit.

3) On the results page, click "Distance tree of results"

4) Distance Tree results
