Following the publication of the Barley Pangenome Project at Nature, GrainGenes is releasing genome browsers and BLASTable database for the the genome assemblies.

You can find the 19 genome browsers here (under "Barley Pangenome Project"): https://wheat.pw.usda.gov/GG3/genome_browser. Note that 20th genome assembly for Morex v2 was previously published, but now we added tracks coming from the pangenome project at https://wheat.pw.usda.gov/jb?data=/ggds/bar-morex2.
