Interactive Oregon Wolfe Barley Maps

• An Ac/Ds transposon-tagging system was created in barley to develop a tool for gene discovery and reverse genetics.
• Ds elements were transposed into new and stable locations in the variety "Golden Promise".
• Flanking DNA sequences were then reassembled and corresponding sequences mapped in the Oregon Wolfe Barley population.
• Maps below show the location of Ds elements and Naked Eye Phenotypes (NEPs) on the OWB maps.
• Individual chromosome pages include all molecular markers and links to more information on the NEPs and DsT insertions.
