Interactive Oregon Wolfe Barley Maps
- An Ac/Ds transposon-tagging system was created in barley to develop a tool for gene discovery and reverse genetics.
- Ds elements were transposed into new and stable locations in the variety "Golden Promise".
- Flanking DNA sequences were then reassembled and corresponding sequences mapped in the Oregon Wolfe Barley population.
- Maps below show the location of Ds elements and Naked Eye Phenotypes (NEPs) on the OWB maps.
- Individual chromosome pages include all molecular markers and links to more information on the NEPs and DsT insertions.
- To view the Map Data page in GrainGenes with all loci displayed, click here.
Click on a chromosome below to view the loci in an interactive format.
Click here to order seeds for any of the DsT loci-containing TNP lines.
